"We bought, Well we both bought a house and sold a house. I have known Ginger and Katie as well for awhile. So there was a house for sale, that we watched them flip down the street from where we currently lived. It went on the market, and we went to see the open house. Watched the price drop a few times and then called them up. Then said okay we need to go see this house again, with a realtor and look into it. So we went with Katie, over to walk through the house, told her to give us her opinion of the house and feedback on it since it was a flip and everything. Based on the feedback, we actually made an offer, pretty much that day on the house. Then went into the process of also getting our townhouse, on the market for selling. And were actually able to sell it well above market value so Ginger did a fantastic job in guiding us on which ones we should work with and pursue and everything. helped us get us the most out of the townhouse. They are very low pressure, extremely helpful, full of advice for helping the process go smoothly, Ginger's staff is extremely accessible and responsive to our requests. Helping through every step of the process, through all the paperwork, mounds and mounds of paperwork you have to go through. So there is not a single negative from working with Ginger's team."
